Roger has a degree in agronomy and loves sharing technical knowledge with visitors and Isabel has a passion for taking care of everything around her. Roger & Isabel are innovative in their methods above ground – from pruning to processing and fermentation; and are equally forward-thinking in their methods below ground. In addition to maintaining a clean water source that supplies the community below their farm with drinking water, Roger & Isabel have also developed a unique network of filtration that ensures runoff from processing coffee on their property is naturally filtered by the earth before it pollutes nearby streams.
