ETC… Chichiquila is an area in the small, volcanic region of Puebla in Eastern Mexico. The cooler temperatures and impressive elevation create a microclimate suited to coffee production. Although Puebla hasn't historically received much notoriety for its coffee, the region has recently produced some outstanding coffees and there are many small producers in Puebla that have yet to be recognized for their quality cultivation and harvesting of predominately heirloom varieties.
